August 16, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): The iconic Indian actor, Kamal Haasan is going to play himself in the movie entitled ‘Four Friends’, which is undergoing shooting, even as we speak. Kamal Haasan is a multi time National Award winning actor and it would seriously be interesting to see him, playing himself.
In this film, Haasan would be seen persuading a group of friends including Jayaram, Jayasuriya, Kunchakko Boban and Meera Jasmine to get on an extraordinary voyage that will accomplish their life’s greatest wants and desires. Haasan was clued-in about this particular specialty of the character that appears in a vital point of the film, by Jayaram, who happens to be a special friend of the star’s.
The scriptwriter of the movie is Krishna Poojapura, who has also designed some very unusual, yet extremely thought provoking humorous dialogues especially for the character. Kamal Haasan has finished the shoot for the film and will also dub in Malayalam.
The flick ‘Four Friends’ is being produced under the banner of Mulakupadam Release, the movie is scheduled to be released by the final months of this year. Let’s hope that ‘Four Friends’ befriends the box office and rakes in the moolah.
