Justin Timberlake tops charitable stars list

London, Dec 19 (IANS) US pop star Justin Timberlake has beaten Madonna and Pamela Anderson to top a new list of celebrity philanthropists.
Timberlake’s work for the Shriners Hospital for Children has an annual impact of more than $9 million, a figure that dwarfs Madonna’s $5.5 million for Raising Malawi and Pamela Anderson’s $4.8 million for People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA), reports starpulse.com.
Hollywood stars Angelina Jolie, Rihanna, George Clooney, Salma Hayek and Shakira also made it into the top 10.
