Justin Timberlake not dating, says representative

Rumours were abuzz that the two are dating after they were spotted taking in an off-Broadway performance of “Sleep No More”. But Timberlake’s representative has denied the speculations.
“Justin is not romantically involved with anyone,” people.com quoted the representative as saying.
A source close to Timberlake, who split from actress Jessica Biel last year, added that he and Ashley, 24, “have mutual friends. They were hanging out as a group.”
