Justin Bieber Mar 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The Manager of Justin Bieber turned himself into authorities this morning (Wednesday, March 24) to face charges of reckless endangerment and criminal nuisance. He was ordered by the police to send out a Tweet to cancel an appearance by Justin, but he refused.

During a scheduled mall appearance in November of 2009, the crowd got out of hand, and started a stampede. One fan was injured in the mess, and the police ordered Justin’s manager, Scott “Scooter’ Braun, 29 to send out a Tweet which would tell fans that the event was canceled. The fans were waiting at the mall for Bieber’s arrival. He was scheduled to perform songs from his EP, “My World” which was newly released.

Scooter refused to send out the message, according to police, and as everything was getting far out of hand, Scooter’s Twitter still said,”On my way to Roosevelt Field Mall in Long Island, NY to sign and meet fans! I’m pumped. See u there.” Scooter’s lawyer claims he sent out a Tweet cancelling the events within seven minutes of the police order.

Scooter’s attorney feels this will all be over quickly. “Absent Scooter having a Superman’s cape, he couldn’t have [tweeted the cancellation] any faster,” Ravi Batra told NBC. “As a result of his lawful compliance with police instruction, [we believe the DA] will dismiss the charges after reopening the investigation.”

Bieber Tweeted his support for his manager earlier today in a message which read, “You’ve got my total support @scooterbraun,” Bieber tweeted on Wednesday. “Wish you were here in Chicago with us #FreeScooter.”
