Feb 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Trouble surfaced for Justin Bieber’s body guard after he was arrested earlier this week for having allegedly involved himself in a scuffle with a photographer. Police on Wednesday arrested Kenneth Hamilton after a photographer named Jason Nicholas complained to the authorities that the body guard of the teen crooner had physically accosted him last year.

According to sources, it was in last November when Jason Nicholas was waiting outside New York City’s London Hotel that the incident took place. In his complaints, the celebrity snapper has said that he was actually waiting for Australian singer Kylie Minogue to arrive when his eyes spotted the Canadian teen sensation along with his group coming out of the posh hotel. He clarified that the young pop star had a small group added with two body guards, one handler and another person who were exiting from the venue. The photographer had no idea of what would follow next after he tried to shoot the young star. One of the two body guards Kenneth Hamilton simply shoved the snapper against the SUV. The impact was so terrific that Jason Nicholas claims that he still has not recovered himself from the pain that he received out of the injury.

Jason Nicholas claimed that the whole incident had left him shocked and uneasy. Jason Nicholas’ statements indeed show how much protective body guard Kenneth Hamilton is about the star, without having any idea that it would land him in a legal soup after two months. Although Jason Nicholas was issued a desk appearance ticket at the police station but no date for the case to be taken up at the court has been given.
