New York, Nov 16 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Justin Bieber can forget about the planned paternity test that he wants to do because TMZ reports that his accuser has dropped her paternity suit. The 17-year-old Canadian singer plans to have a DNA test later in the year in a paternity row.

Mariah Yeater insisted for days that the Canadian hitmaker is the father of her three-month-old baby. She filed for a suit to force Bieber to have a paternity test to confirm her case. Bieber accepted the challenge to have the test when he returns from his tour.

There seems to be a problem with that arrangement because TMZ reports that Yeater seem to be backing away. According to the celebrity website, Yeater secretly withdrew her suit from the court last week. The report also claimed that the lawyers of Yeater have deserted her.

Bieber is currently touring Europe. Last week, the singer announced that he will have the DNA test and afterwards sue his accuser for defamation. His spokesperson Matthew Hiltzik issued a statement that said that, “I can confirm that the team has proactively made arrangements for Justin to be tested upon his return and we’re going to hold everyone who is involved responsible.”

It is not currently clear what the next line of action will be in Bieber’s camp.
