Justin Bieber saves his mum from fire
April 5th, 2011 - 10:40 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattBerlin, April 5 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Justin Bieber was on hand to save his mother after her hair caught fire during a birthday party in Germany. The incident was first reported by the US Weekly on Monday.
It was Pattie Mallete’s 35th birthday but things nearly went the wrong way. Mallete was in German earlier because Bieber was performing in the country. On her birthday on Saturday, Mallete was called on stage to blow her birthday cake. While climbing the stage the audience sang “Happy Birthday”.
When Mallete bent to blow the candles, her hair caught fire but Bieber noticed it quite early and put the fire off before it could cause any harm. He later tweeted the experience in Twitter ensuring that the whole world knew that he saved the day.
The teenager sensation tweeted that, “Sick show in Berlin. Brought @studiomama on stage 2 sing happy bday but she lit her hair on fire with candles. lol. i saved her.”
Bieber recently cut off his trademark hair. He tweeted that he auctioned the hair off to pay and donated the realized income to charity. Bieber has grown to become one of the most influential singers since his debut.
