The “Baby” hitmaker has remained tight-lipped about his love life since he shot to fame last year. But an American magazine has reported the 16-year-old singer is dating 18-year-old “Camp Rock” actress Lovato — they were spotted kissing, contactmusic.com reports.
“She’s not shy about talking about their relationship. Demi said Justin was very mature for his age,” said a source. “She was shocked what a good kisser he was.”
