Juliette Lewis ‘a bit banged up’ after hit-and-run accident
October 8th, 2010 - 6:19 pm ICT by ANIWashington, Oct 8 (ANI): Actress Juliette Lewis is said to have ended up in hospital after her chauffeur driven Lincoln Town Car was struck by a hit-and-run driver.
The accident took place in Burbank, California, and 37-year-old Lewis’ car was totally wrecked.
“The sedan Juliette was travelling in was completely totalled,” People magazine quoted her rep Carleen Donovan as saying.
“Ms. Lewis … is a bit banged up and sore but otherwise thankfully okay. She is now resting at home,” she added.
Lewis was leaving an event for her new movie ‘Conviction’ when the car was struck. (ANI)
