Julianne Moore ‘married Bart Freundlich for their kids’

Son Caleb, 13, and daughter Liv, 8, are the movie star’s top priority.
The Golden Globe-nominated actress said that it was the thought of what marriage would mean to her two children that finally gave her the push to walk down the aisle with their father, Bart Freundlich, reports the New York Daily News.
“The only reason I got married in 2003 was for my children,” Moore, 50, told The Guardian. “I had a therapist who said marriage is really a container for a family and that made sense to me.”
“The days of doing a film where I need to be away for months during the school year are over,” she told the British newspaper.
“I want to be with my husband and kids as much as I can,” Moore explained. “Because of my own childhood experiences, I try to work in New York or during the summer when my family can come with me,” she added. (ANI)
