Jan 31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Julianna Margulies was looking at her best, as she cheerfully walked down the red carpet of SAG Awards, in a red tube dress, with her husband, Keith Lieberthal, at the Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles. However, the smile got more radiant, as she bagged the SAG 2011 Awards for Outstanding Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series category for “The Good Wife”.

Julianna Margulies said that her husband is not so fond of watching television, but after watching the first episode, he stays glued to it. The actress added that all she wants is a good show, where she would be happy with the content, and “The Good Wife” just makes her satisfied. She does not really care, if people are watching it or not. Nevertheless, the popular show has recently became a lot more acceptable and widely watched, and it has attracted an overwhelming rating on both sides of the border. Julianna Margulies also said that when she goes to New York, people from all ages want to interact with her, and that even include children in their early teens, who watch the show with their parents. She described an incident, when a woman came up to her and weeped, describing how her husband cheated on her. Although she was touched with her gesture, that was a result of her honest and reliable acting in the show, she felt that perhaps she is not the right advisor.

She feels happy, that her show is watched by every age group, because of its incredible content. However, when the pilot episode was aired, she was apprehensive about how the audiences would retaliate to the it, although her hunch said that it definitely had something special. Now it seems that all her apprehension has been dissolved and the sixth sense has been proved to be true.
