Julian and Lennon Sean come together on the 70th anniversary of John Lennon
October 4th, 2010 - 1:20 am ICT by Aishwarya BhattOct 3 (THAINDIAN NEWS) In a very rare sceanario, the two half brothers, Julian and Sean Lennon have come together. The two are the sons of John Lennon and they were born to two different mothers who had bitter relationship between them.
However on the anniversary of what would have been the 70th anniversary of the birth of Lennon, the mothers and their sons seem to opt for the peace pipe. The family was brought together for the opening of Julian’s first exhibition of photographs.
In an interview, he said he was not quite sure if the whole family would be there on the occasion.
It may be recalled that John Lennon was killed in 1980 at the age of 40. And currently, Julian is 7 years older than that age at 47 years. The remarkable event will have a picture that will stand for a long time to come, the picture of John Lennon’s family back together at last in an event. The two mothers, Cynthia (mother of Julian) and Yoko (mother of Sean) were also united by the event.
Julian’s photography display was inspired by the encouragement that the celebrity photographer, Timothy White lavished on him.
