Many, including Joan Hickson, Angela Lansbury, Geraldine McEwan and Margaret Rutherford, have played the role of the detective, reports the Telegraph.
McKenzie, 68, was spotted filming ‘A Pocket Full Of Rye’, which is the first in a series of new Miss Marple adaptations on ITV1 and is expected to be broadcast later this year.
