nicole1 Los Angeles, Jun 24 (THAINDIAN NEWS) The judge who had presided over socialite Anna Nicole Smith’s burial trial is now having second thoughts. He wants the police to reopen the case and says that her death was “a potential murder case”.

The retired and former Fort Lauderdale judge Larry Seidlin says that the investigation into the death of Anna Nicole Smith by the Seminole Indian Police Department, left a lot to be desired, so they ought to reopen the case and investigate thoroughly once again.

It ought to be mentioned that the socialite had died in February 2007 and her death had been ruled as ‘death due to an accidental overdose of drugs.’

A new book on the death investigation of the late heiress is out, which is titled ‘The Killing of Anna Nicole Smith’ and in his book the former judge makes all the claims. He said that she died under “highly unusual circumstances” and he also goes on to add that he steadfastly believes that someone is guilty of manslaughter. However he doesn’t name anyone explicitly, but does say in the book that, “I think enablers should be punished. How about keeping her off drugs while she was alive?”
