chirsAug 30, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Lindsay Lohan can take cue from Chris Brown when it comes to impressing judges. The former boyfriend of Rihanna has received praises from Los Angeles superior court judge Patricia Shnegg for doing well during his probation period. The judge appreciated the star for his efforts and said that he is has made a lot o progress over the last six months.

Chris Brown, however, chose not to speak during the hearing. The ‘Run It’ star was through with 20% which is 290 hours of community service, that he was sentenced to, in February. The judge noted that he had worked consistently on his 6 month community labor sentence and there were also positive reports from his domestic violence counselors and other probation officers. Considering the work that Chris Brown had been given, the judge continued the praises and said that he had been a ‘really, really’ good trash picker.

Chris Brown was recently in the news after he broke down at the BET Awards during the performance of Michael Jackson’s ‘Man in the Mirror’. His journey in the music industry has been full of ups and downs. After a great start to his career Chris Brown was involved in a dirty court case where he was accused of assaulting his then girlfriend Rihanna. As photos of a battered Rihanna emerged in the media, Chris Brown catapulted into unpopularity overnight as he pleaded guilty to the assault. However, over the past few months, the star has made a comeback by publicly apologizing to the fans at every opportunity.
