Judge issues warrant for ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star Gretchen Rossi

California, Apr 23 (THAINDIAN NEWS) An arrest warrant has been issued for the ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star Gretchen Rossi. The Californian judge was forced to issue the warrant, because she didn’t appear in court, in a lawsuit case filed by a man who alleges that he is her ex-lover. After issuing the warrant the judge had a change of heart, and he said that he would hold the warrant for a week, so that he can give Rossi a fair chance to appear in the court.
It may be recalled that in January the ‘Real Housewives of Orange County’ star Rossi was sued by Jay Photoglou. He alleges that Rossi didn’t speak the untruth about her relationship with him to the media and on the TV as well. He also alleges that Rossi was untruthful because she was also engaged to Jeff Beitzel, at that time. So he has sued her for libel and slander. Later however Rossi’s fiancé Jeff Beitzel died from leukemia.
After Jay’s lawsuit, Rossi tried to file a restraining order against him. She alleged that he was harassing her and was also threatening her. She also claimed that her current boyfriend Slade Smiley and even her dog bore the brunt of his threats. However the order was not granted, and instead she was made to pay $20,000 in legal fees.
