Miami, Mar 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor Jude Law has finally settled on the details of the agreement that he had struck up with his former girlfriend Samantha Burke, whom he had met while he was shooting for the film Sherlock Holmes. Their affair had not lasted very long, but while it did, Samantha Burke had conceived his child. This marks the fourth time that Jude Law gets to celebrate fatherhood. However, the settlement that has been made does not allow the British actor much of a chance to enjoy his fatherhood, for, according to the terms of the deal, he would be visiting his daughter, Sophia, only two times in a year.

One of those two times is likely to be around or in Christmas. However, according to certain witnesses, the terms of the agreement did not seem to bother the British thespian much; in fact, his meeting with former flame Samantha Burke, which was also the first time he was setting eyes on his daughter, looked more like business than anything else. Apparently, he did cuddle Sophia and commented on her beauty, but his behavior came across as somewhat standoffish. Moreover, hardly a word passed between Jude Law and Samantha Burke.

Besides seeing his daughter two times in a year, Jude Law’s lawyers have also settled with those of Samantha Burke, that the actor would be paying the model $5000 per month, reportedly. This is the amount that has been settled upon as child maintenance. Samantha Burke, as her part of the bargain, has given her consent to the proposal that she would not refer to her relationship with the actor in the future.
