Dec 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Judson ‘Fabio’ Birza, a 21-year-old student cum model from Venice was declared as the winner of “Survivor: Nicaragua” thereby earning him a prize money worth $1 million on Sunday. The win puts him as the youngest contestant to bag the title in the game’s history. In the finale of the show, the game came down to Dan, Holly, Sash, Fabio and Chase, with Fabio winning at the end. Dan got voted out at the first tribal council, whereas Holly got eliminated in the 2nd. The final 3 consisted of, Jud “Fabio” Birza, Sash Lenahan and Chase Rice. They took their seat before the jury during the final tribal council and had to answer questions asked by them.
Jud ‘Fabio’ Birza won three immunity challenges consecutively and seemed to be a favorite of the jury. This season of “Survivor: Nicaragua” began with the young versus the old. The first immunity challenge included a quiz regarding Nicaragua and solving a puzzle. Jud won the round thereby bringing him one step closer to the title. In spite of Dan trying to state that Holly was a bigger threat, much more than he was, he got eliminated by votes. The final immunity challenge included Survivors to balance a sword with one hand and to stack up coins on the sword with the other hand. Jeff Probst guided them regarding which particular coin they are required to stack on the swords. The contestants were given 5 seconds to get the job done. They could also adjust the stack during those five seconds. Three times consecutively, Jud ‘Fabio’ Birza won immunity.
The final tribal council included a few angry jurors who put challenges before the participants. Chase did not have any chance to win, people were angry at Sash too. Unfortunately nobody took Jud ‘Fabio’ Birza seriously at all. But as they say, that it is all a matter of fate. Fabio won “Survivor: Nicaragua” with a huge number of votes. We wish he cherishes this experience all his life.
