Joyce DeWitt Busted For DUI

Famous American actress, Joyce DeWitt, famous for her role as Janet Wood on the television situation comedy ‘Three’s Company‘ has reportedly been busted after the actress drove her car right through a barricade near a park.
The incident happened just before 4.20 p.m. on the 4th of July. According to the police, the actress drove through a barricade near to a park. She was then stopped by the officers on duty. The officers said that when she was interrogated she showed signs and symptoms of intoxication. The officers then conducted a series of sobriety test which resulted in DeWitt’s arrest. The 60 year old actress was booked for misdemeanor DUI and was later released on bail.
The actress is known for her role in the comic series “Three’s Company”. Post Three’s Company, she vanished from the small screen causing rumors of her sudden disappearance. The actress also revealed that she had turned down offers from Hollywood claiming that the industry has been unjust to her. She has reportedly expressed her anger regarding the treatment she had received from the producers of “Three’s Company”. She also co-produced and hosted the television film, “Behind The Camera: The Unauthorized Story Of Three’s Company” with actress Melanie Deanne Moore portraying her during her time in the “Three’s Company” series.
The recent tiff with the police has landed the actress in a fare amount of trouble. The incident has again proved that celebrity mishaps are not going to fade so soon.
