joshA Telugu film with a Hindi name [in hindi, it means courage and spunk]! That is the first thing that one’s going to notice about the new movie “Josh“. That alone can be said to work as a eye-grabber at some point.

However, that is not the only thing that promises to keep the viewers stiffly glued to their seats and give them their money’s worth. The title itself states the undertone of the movie, as the word Josh is largely synonymous to youth in the hindi diction. So, it is evident that the movie deals with the youth and a very integral part of their life- College.

J. D. Chekravarthy, of the “Shiva” and “Satya” fame, is set for a comeback to the screen with this venture. He is going to essay a negative role in the movie that deals with youngsters and college life. The movie is produced by the famous Dil Raju, who is an immensely popular name in the film industry that flourishes down south, under the banner of Sri Venkateswara Creations.

The movie sees director Vasu Varma make his foray in to the Telegu film industry. The movie stars actress Sneha Ullal and new comers Naga Chaitanya and Karthika in the lead. The music for the movie has been composed by Sandeep Chowta and is one of the focal points of the movie. The songs are peppy, melodious and appealing to the age group that it is set to target (which does not imply that it will not appeal to others).
