London, October 26 (ANI): Katie Price a.k.a Jordan’s mother has spoken out about her daughter’s split from Peter Andre, calling her former son-in-law ‘manipulative and moody’.

Amy came out with her side of the story in a bid to put an end to what she believes is unfair criticism towards her daughter.

“I’m so angry and somebody has to start sticking up for Kate. As much as I don’t want to say anything, people have to hear the truth,” The Mirror quoted her as saying.

The 56-year-old mum claimed Andre became emotionally cold towards Jordan after she lost her unborn baby.

She alleged: “I was with Kate when she was having the miscarriage and the doctor said, ‘I’m sorry Kate, it’s not there. It’s not forming. It’s dead. There’s no heartbeat.’ It was so upsetting.

“But as far as Pete was concerned, he was like, ‘Come on, it’s happened. You have to move on’. You could see that when they filmed the London Marathon immediately afterwards for ITV , he didn’t seem to give two s**** about her.

“He was asking why she was upset and things like, ‘Why are you so moody?’ when he knew what had gone on just days before.

“I thought it was insensitive and his reaction surprised her. She was so upset and couldn’t stop crying.”

Amy also claimed: “He’s a great actor and can turn it on and off. When filming was on, he was always quite bubbly, but I have seen Peter when he’s on one of his lows, especially when he’s manipulative, moody and verbally aggressive.

A spokeswoman for Andre said: “This is not worth commenting on.”

A source close to the star added: “He was upset about the loss of the child. He wants to move on and the only reason he doesn’t meet her is he thinks she will make the meeting public. But this mudslinging has to stop.” (ANI)
