Jon Voight calls Time Magazine as ‘Anti Semitic’

Sep 15 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actress Angelina Jolie’s father – Jon Voight has managed to stir up a controversy with his statement that Time Magazine is ‘anti-Semitic’.
The acclaimed actor thinks that the reputed publication, which is revered all over, the world is nothing short of ‘Anti-Semitic’ and ought to be boycotted by one and all. The actor is known for his frank political opinions and this one is sure going to stir up a hornet’s nest!
It now seems that Jon Voight is trying to catch up with his activist daughter who is all over the place with her humanitarian work and as an UN ambassador. Recently Angelina Jolie had visited the flood stricken country of Pakistan and overseen the relief efforts there.
Jon Voight was present on the Fox News show ‘Huckabee’ with Mike Huckabee and there he voiced his opinion about Time Magazine. His statement has been caught on tape as well, and it sure is going to be a tough spot for the actor to get out of!
During the course of the chat with Mike, Jon talked on many topics under the sun. Picking up a copy of the Time Magazine, which had the cover line as “Why Israel Doesn’t Care About Peace”, Jon said that, “If Israel falls we all do. This is anti-Semitism. Who are the anti-Semites who are running Time Magazine?”
