In a yet new twist in the ever changing dynamics of the ‘Jon minus Kate plus the-other -women plus a load of controversy’ story, fresh news and that particularly stated by ‘In Touch’ magazine cover story, seem to suggest, that Jon Gosselin and Hailey Glassman, (popularly believed to be just his arm-candy up until now) may be more than just having a good time, and may even be engaged.

According to reports, Gosselin proposed to Glassman on their weekend rendezvous in St. Tropez, where the frolicking twosome were photographed vacationing on designer Christian Audigier’s private yacht. The engagement ring supposedly being sported by Glassman, is reportedly a $180,000 Edouard Nahum creation which bizarrely enough, is that of a skull surrounded by four black diamonds.

The very public life of Jon Gosselin has meant that every action and lapse in judgement of his, beginning with his much publicized split with wife Kate Gosselin and subsequent indiscretions, have been subject to intense public scrutiny, especially given that newly single dad Gosselin is now responsible for the well-being of eight kids aged below 10 years.

Given the circumstances, Gosselin’s alleged engagement to 22 year-old wild-child Glassman, whose recent mugshot for a prior drug-related arrest and compromising Facebook photos, haven’t seemed to have gone down well with celeb-monitoring netizens who seriously doubt the integrity of the fledgling romance, and the repercussions it could have on the eight kids.

Inside sources reveal a rather unflattering image of an apparently publicity-crazed Glassman, whose swooping in on the on-the-rocks-Gosselin-marriage, poses suspicions of questionable motives. All in all, if there is to really be a wedding, it’s one that appears to have more of it’s share of brickbats over bouquets.
