Pennsylvania, Oct 13 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jon Gosselin of the ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’ fame who has been thrown out of the reality TV series, as he ended his relationship with Kate as well, is in trouble again. According to Kate, he had withdrawn $230,000 from their joint bank account.

This money was supposed to be used by Kate towards the household expenses and for the children’s needs. However Jon withdrew the amount for himself.

According to reports, Jon Gosselin and his estranged wife Kate Gosselin arrived separately at a Pennsylvania court Tuesday to meet with a court-appointed arbitrator to work out their financial issues.

A new court date was set during the meeting. The couple will return to court on October 26 and Judge Arthur Tilson hopes they will work out their problems before then. And the judge has also asked Jon to return $180,000. On the other hand it has also asked Kate to furnish her expense report for the sum of $55,000, used for household bills and expenses relating to the children. The court asked Jon to return the money and Kate to give a detailed accounting report of the expenses by 26th October.

Kate says, “As difficult as this has been for me, I am pleased that the Court has ruled fairly on behalf of myself and my children. Now that this matter has been ruled on, I look forward to returning to private arbitration, as we have agreed to do, to resolve any remaining issues.”

It may be recalled that, last month it was reported that Jon Gosselin will have to bow out from the TV series ‘Jon & Kate Plus 8’. The show will be renamed and re-launched as ‘Kate Plus 8’ in its new series, which airs in November.
