Rockville, Feb 18, (THAINDIAN NEWS) TLC and Jon Gosselin have finally concluded their long legal battle. The war in the court had been continuing ever since last October, when Jon Gosselin was sued by the network under the charges of violating the policies of the network. TLC had claimed that Jon Gosselin had been appearing in many other television shows, for all of which he was not paid, without the due consent of the network. They claimed that it was against the policies of the network, which holds a contract with the reality television star.

Following the charges, Jon Gosselin retaliated by filing a counter charge against the network, claiming that it was hampering his career by not allowing him to appear in other shows on television. Moreover, Jon Gosselin also claimed that the network had breached the child labor laws of the state, because they filmed his eight children as part of the show “Jon & Kate Plus 8.”

The details of the contract have not yet been released by either party. The authorities of TLC have confirmed that they have been able to concur on the terms of the agreement, but refused to divulge the intricate details on the grounds of confidentiality. The only bit of the agreement that have been let known to the public is that the contract between Jon Gosselin, along with his entire family and TLC still holds. It is possible that the family will be filmed once more, but there is no chance that the popular show “Jon & Kate Plus 8″ will be back on television again, according to the confidential reports of an insider.
