Los Angeles, June 20 (IANS) Jon Bon Jovi proved that he is a thorough professional after the singer performed for his fans despite suffering from knee injury.
The injury occurred an hour into the band’s three-hour set in Olympic Stadium in Helsinki, Finland, but neither the incident nor the torrential downpour could keep the rocker from completing the sold-out show, reports usmagazine.com.
“Fans need not worry — Jon is in good health and future shows will not be affected,” Matt Bongiovi, co-CEO of Backstage With Jon Bon Jovi Fan Club, informed the band’s fans on his Facebook page.
The singer is currently on crutches.
