Jon Bon Jovi injured on stage, but the show goes on

New Jersey, July 12 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Singer Jon Bon Jovi was injured in his leg when he was performing at a show in the New Meadowlands Stadium. The 48-year-old star refused to be frazzled because of the injury, and instead commented that he would continue performing because he had one more leg.
The singer exclaimed on stage that, “My calf muscle just blew out! Whoa! I got another leg. I don’t need this one.” He tore his calf muscle on Friday night’s show at the New Jersey stadium. Even though he was limping on the stage, yet his spirit kept him performing and he finally ended the show with the song – ‘Living On a Prayer’.
After the injury, he said to the audience that, “Don’t you worry, folks. “I ain’t got nowhere to go. I’m old. What can I tell you? But I’m still good-lookin’!” After wrapping up the show, the band helped Bon Jovi off the stage. Later his spokesperson released a statement, which said that even though the singer is injured, yet he would perform at the upcoming events in the summer. He is all set to perform at the Blossom Music Center in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, today.
