London, Sep 24 (ANI): Angelina Jolie has picked Bosnian actress Zana Marjanovic for the lead role in her directorial debut - a wartime love story between a Bosnian woman and a Serbian man.
Marjanovic revealed the script of the movie is fabulous and she’s eager to begin shooting with such a great actress and noble lady like Angelina, reports the Mirror.
The 27-year-old star also said that she’s en route to Hungary to prepare for the film shoot, which will initiate later this year and shoot will be done both in Hungary and Bosnia.
Angelina has visited Bosnia twice this year - as UNHCR good will ambassador and to scout for her movie - and had promised she would cast only actors from the region.
Marjanovic tasted popularity after her prominent role in award winning ‘Snow’ by Bosnian director Aida Begic. (ANI)
