Johnny Depp gets life-size statue in Serbia

London, Jan 14 (ANI): Hollywood star Johnny Depp is being given VIP treatment in Serbia - the actor not only met the country’s prez but also witnessed the unveiling of his own statue.
Depp is Serbia to attend the Kustendorf International Film and Music Festival in Drvengrad, organised Serbian filmmaker Emir Kusturica.
The Pirates of the Caribbean star met President Boris Tadic in Belgrade before he attended the unveiling of his statue in Drvengrad, reports the Daily Star.
The statue was made in recognition of Depp’s contribution to cinema.
Depp will be playing the lead role in Kusturica’s upcoming flick, based on the life of 19th century Mexican revolutionary Pancho Villa. (ANI)
