John Stamos, a Spanish immigrant has gained a lot of popularity mileage over his debut in the celeb circles through music. He is a son to Bill & Loretta Phillips. He is brother to Janeen and Alaina Phillips who are both school teachers. Stamos had a stint at the celebrated 80’s and 90’s sitcom Full House. Stamos began acting through his role in Blackie Parrish on the daytime soap, “General Hospital” (1982-1984), which turned into a 2-year role, for which he won two Soap Opera Digest awards in 1982-1984. He began his role as Jesse in ‘Full House’ in 1987. Stamos has been named VP choice for Obama by Saget. Bob Saget named John Stamos because then he would be totally be hooked up at the White House.

In 2004, he was nominated alongside Lori Loughlin for TV Land awards in the ‘Full House’ for the Quintessential Non-Traditional Family.
