July 17, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Actor John Stamos has won the extortion case against Allison Coss. The actor who had been accused of consuming cocaine in the presence of underage girls has come out untainted from the case filed against him by Allison Coss. On the contrary the court has slapped a sum of $680,000 on the 24 year old Allison Coss and her accomplice Scott Sippola for threatening the actor with claims that she would sell his compromising pictures to a magazine in order to obtain money from him.

However John Stamos did admit to the fact that he knew Allison Coss well and that they had been in an ’sms relationship’ for quite sometime during which the actor had written to her in flirtatious language. This was long back in the year 2004, John Stamos saying that he was not aware of the fact that Allison Coss was only 17 years of age at the time. The actor also denied stripping in front of the girl inside her hotel room, in spite of Allison Coss saying that she could show photos of the actor sitting naked in a bath tub.

If the blackmailing charges against Allison Coss and Scott Sippola are proven in court it could mean a total of nine years behind bars for them in addition to the stipulated amount decided by the court. According to reports, John Stamos and Allison Coss had met at the Orlando dance club where a person has to be at least 18 years of age to enter. She was only 17 at that point of time and had borrowed someone else’s ID to seek entry.
