Jan 21, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The singer John Mayer has admitted that he still has not gotten over his break up with actress Jennifer Aniston. On the other hand, Jennifer Aniston seems to be coping quite nicely with the loss, or so it seems, if reports from the rumor mills are to be believed. It is believed that the actress is currently dating Gerard Butler, who co-stars with her in the upcoming film “The Bounty Hunter.” John Mayer and Jennifer Aniston had decided to part ways at the beginning of this year, and although almost a month has passed in between, he feels that he is yet to get over her.

Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer had been dating for quite a long time, ever since April 2008. However, the relationship was almost always on the rocks. They had broken up twice, the one on January this year being the final one. Post splitting, the news was immediately made public by the singer in a press conference. Since then, he admits to be still stuck with her, referring to the relationship as “the worst time of my life.”

Despite what it might come across as, it was John Mayer himself who had chosen to end the relationship. Now, after almost a month has passed after the break up, he admits that it was very wrong of him to dump the actress. He explains the not-over-her part by saying that he has this mindset of feeling a kind of attachment to those he had been involved in a relationship with. However, he insists that it was not because he disliked Jennifer Aniston that he dumped her, but because it did not “arc over the horizon.”
