John Krasinski And Emily Blunt Exchange The Wedding Vows

July 12, 2010 (Sampurn Wire): American actor and director John Krasinski, who is renowned for playing Jim Halpert on the NBC sitcom “The Office’, tied the knot with English actress Emily Blunt on last Saturday.
The couple exchanged vows during the weekend at the Villa D’este in Como, Italy. John got engaged with his girlfriend Emily last August after dating for a year.
A representative of Krasinski said, “In a private ceremony, John and Emily got wedded on Saturday”.
In a custom cream chiffon gown by Marchesa, the bride Emily was looking very elegant. According to a source, “The ceremony was conducted outdoor and was extremely beautiful”.
Hollywood actor George Clooney along with his Italian girlfriend Elisabetta Canalis was among the celebrity guests. There is a report that the newly wedded couple had been staying at George’s nearby Lake Como estate since the fourth weekend of July.
The source added, “They were announced husband and wife in that official ceremony”.
The 30 year old Krasinski proposed the beautiful Blunt with an Edwardian diamond and platinum ring of 3-carat, which was from Neil Lane worth about $100,000.
The Taxi star informed that he proposed very casually but it was very emotional. He said, “She cried at the moment and then I cried, then both of us cried and then everyone around started crying”.
The 27 year old Blunt won a Golden Globe in 2007 for best supporting actress in the TV movie Gideon’s Daughter.
