Michael Jackson California, Nov 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Joe Jackson who is Michael Jackson’s father is not taking things lying down. He wasn’t included in his famous son’s will due to their estranged relations, but he is not taking things lying down. He is taking up his case to the California Court of Appeal.

Joe Jackson lost his court battle to bring notoriety to the King of Pop’s estate executors, after a Los Angeles judge approved the administrators listed in his son’s 2002 will last week.

The pop legend Michael Jackson passed away in June, suspected of a drug overdose. And he had left his estate in the hands of John Branca and John McClain in the event of his death, according to the document.

The will’s validity was called into question by Jackson family members, after it emerged the hitmaker was in New York on the date he is said to have signed the document in California.

Joe Jackson got the loophole that he was looking for and he subsequently took legal action to have the pair disqualified, claiming Branca and McClain hid a mistake in the will from the courts.

Joe Jackson had apparently filed a case that he also get a part of his son’s estate to meet his daily expenses but the courts had rejected it as it was not in the will.
