Lumley, 63, will star opposite Pierce, 50, in the play, based on David Hirson’s 1991 Broadway show, set in 17th century France, reports the Daily Express.
They will both appear in the theatrical comedy for a six-to-eight-week stint in London’s West End in spring this year, before transferring to New York in the autumn.
Mark Rylance, who is currently starring opposite Pirates of the Caribbean actor Mackenzie Crook in West End show ‘Jerusalem’, will also be part of the cast. (ANI)
