Jo Wood shoots down any chance of reunion with Ronnie
October 4th, 2009 - 1:39 pm ICT by ANILondon, October 4 (ANI): Jo Wood has shot down any chance of reunion with estranged husband Ronnie, insisting he doesn’t stand “a cat in hell’s chance” in her life anymore.
Jo, who raised four kids with the Rolling Stone rocker during their 31-year-old relationship, parted ways with the 61-year-old after he fell for 19-year-old cocktail waitress Ekaterina Ivanova.
And the 54-year-old has battered any hope of reconciliation.
“What on earth would I want him back for, after everything he’s put me through?,” The Daily Express quoted her as telling her friends.
“He made his bed and he can bloody well lie on it. There’s been a lot of talk about us getting back together but all I can say is: ‘Over my dead body.’
“The divorce is definitely going ahead. No, I don’t hate Ronnie, he’s the father of my kids and has been in my life for an awfully long time. Of course I miss him about the place at home.
“After 31 years I am bound to need time to get him out of my system but I’m having the time of my life as a single woman again,” she apparently added. (ANI)
