Jimmy Smits plays a charming playboy who is also a public servant. In the pilot episode that was aired on the Network after the finale of ‘America’s Got Talent’, Jimmy Smits was revealed as a sitting Supreme Court justice, Cyrus Garza, who is frustrated by the limited powers of the role and wants to correct the injustices around him.
