NEW YORK, Mar 16, (THAINDIAN NEWS) British Director, Jim Threapleton is allegedly getting married to Hollywood actress Kate Winslet again! Following their coming together in 1998, the couple got separated in 2001. The celebrity couple have a 9 year old daughter Mia Honey Threapleton. Soon after, Kate Winslet tied the knot with Director Sam Mendes, who had won the best Director Award for his debut movie “American Beauty”.

Now, the second marriage is also falling apart and reportedly Kate Winslet will be flying all the way down to Mexico to settle the final separation papers with Sam Mendes. The British director and writer Jim Threapleton, former husband and the soon to- be husband again was spotted recently with Kate Winslet while picking up the kids from the school. The celebrity duo looked quite cozy together.

James “Jim” Threapleton and Kate Winslet had first met on the sets of the movie “Hideous Kinky,” where Jim Threapleton worked as an assistant director. Following that they tied the knot on 22nd November 1998 in Kate Winslet’s hometown, Reading. The divorce papers were signed on 13 December 2001. Jim Threapleton has worked independently as a writer director in the movie called “Rendition” which was screened at the Locarno Film Festival. Kate Winslet, who is multiple academy award nominee and last year’s Oscar winner for best actress in “The Reader” happens to be the youngest actress ever to have been selected for multiple academy award nominations. Besides Oscar, Kate Winslet has also received special honorary awards from Screen Actors Guild, British Academy of Film and Television Arts, and the Hollywood Foreign Press Association.
