Oct 27, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Jessica White, the not so famous swim suit model, but very famous for her affair with superstar and award winning actor Sean Penn, seems to be paving her way to fame, though with all the wrong reasons. The model has been arrested with charges of assault and physical harm, when she thrashed a woman for a dispute over a taxi.

The incident happened outside a night club in down town New York on Saturday morning. Jessica White came out of the club at about 5:00 a.m. and was waiting for a taxi. The catty Jessica White, and her victim had a dispute over who would be taking the next cab. The haughty model lost her cool and started beating her in public. According to the court complaint, White pulled the victim’s hair, and hit her several times with her hands, that resulted to abrasions, swelling and pain, but most importantly, to Jessica White’s arrest. She was charged with misdemeanor assault. She was held in the Custody for twelve hours. However Jessica White’s lawyer says that the whole allegation does not sound like the model and justifies his client saying that she must have been provoked by the 28 year old victim.

It has reported by the sources that Jessica White was in the night club, to celebrate her break up with ex- beau Sean Penn, and her new single status with a few friends. The great reason to celebrate made her carry away a bit. However, her friends, who were the witnesses, also said that it was not her fault, and her act was not criminal in nature. But no one can deny the previous reports regarding the model that has made her starry tantrums quite infamous.
