November 26th, 2010 - 2:43 pm ICT by ANIWashington, Nov 26 (ANI): Singer Jessica Simpson has revealed that her fiance NFL player Eric Johnson hid her three-stone ruby engagement ring in his shoe.
Simpson, 30, said during an interview on Sirius XM’s The Morning Mash Up that she had no idea about it the ring was in one of his shoes at her house.
“He had the ring in his shoe at my house somewhere. I was like: Why hide it in a shoe? But it worked. I had no idea,” People magazine quoted her as saying.
She also revealed that she was surprised the Simpson family did not tell her about his plans to propose.
“He had talked to my mom and dad and my sister three weeks before he asked me. I can’t believe all the Simpsons kept a secret,” she added. (ANI)
