Jessica Simpson starts shoe drive to help Haitians
January 27th, 2010 - 12:55 pm ICT by IANSLondon,Jan 27 (IANS) Pop star Jessica Simpson is stepping in to support earthquake devastated Haiti by organising a drive to send shoes to survivors of the disaster.
The singer is teaming up with Nashville, Tennessee foundation Soles4Souls, to collect at least 50,000 pairs of shoes in 50 days, which will be sent to victims in the Caribbean country, reports dialystar.co.uk.
“Let’s all do everything that we can for the tragedy in Haiti,” said Jessica.
