Jessica Simpson denies being drunk at Adele concert
August 17th, 2011 - 7:11 pm ICT by Aishwarya BhattLos Angeles, Aug 17 (THAINDIAN NEWS) Singer Jessica Simpson has denied that she was drunk when she appeared on a show put together by Adele last Monday. The reality star was seen ‘swaying’ at the event but she says it is her professional dancing and had nothing to do with alcohol.
On Tuesday morning, the singer told her fans on Twitter that she was not drunk when she appeared at the party which was also attended by several celebrities. The tweet read, “There are rumors that I was ‘drunk swaying’ at the Adele concert last night. That wasn’t drunk swaying, that was professional dancing!”
Jessica was at the party with her fiancé Eric Johnson. Also at the party was the boyfriend of Jessica’s best friend Cacee Cobb. Donald Faison on Tuesday admitted that he was at the party and took alcohol. He also wrote on his Twitter page that he was still having hangover from the alcohol that he took the previous night.
He tweeted that, “Tuesday, Even with a hangover like hammer ‘can’t touch this’… But you’re still the worst day of the week. Just saying.”
The show was held at the Greek Theater in Los Angeles and several celebrities attended the event.
