Jessica Alba advices hypnobirthing
May 19th, 2011 - 9:06 am ICT by IANSLos Angeles, May 19 (IANS) Actress Jessica Alba advices expectant mothers to take hypnobirthing classes which involves use of hypnosis during childbirth.
“It’s different for everyone, although I do recommend the hypnobirthing classes. I highly recommend it. It just makes you chill,” usmagazine.com quoted Alba as saying.
The actress, who is expecting her second child with producer husband Cash Warren, is finding it hard.
“Oh yeah! But a little bit harder on the body because my daughter still wants to be picked up. Ever since my belly popped, she really is on me!” said Alba, who has already has a daughter Honor Marie.
