Los Angeles, July 21 (IANS) Television personality Jesse James has won the custody battle against ex-wife Janine Lindemulder and has been granted permission to move his daughter to Texas.
James, who has been officially handed over physical custody of Sunny Tuesday, will move to the state July 31 to be closer to his former wife Sandra Bullock and her adopted son Louis, reports imdb.com.

Bullock is currently staying in Austin, Texas. She moved earlier this year following news of her then-husband’s alleged infidelities.

According to the report, porn star Lindemulder asked the judge to ban James from moving from California with their daughter Sunny, arguing that Bullock has no interest in continuing a relationship with the youngster.

Bullock and James were granted full guardianship of the six-year-old in early 2009, after Lindemulder was sentenced to six months in jail for tax evasion.

But Lindemulder has been told she can have physical custody of the child until she starts school in Texas in September.
