June 12, 2010 (Pen Men at Work): Sandra Bullock’s estranged husband, Jesse James, appeared before the jury in a case related to his contract with Fortune Fashions clothing. James, who has kind of been ostracized after his infidelities, exposed in March this year, appeared astonishingly ebullient. Dressed in a fine pair of blue jeans he even smiled for the camera.

Jesse, 41, has been sued by the clothing company for allegedly breaching the contract he had signed with them. The contract entitled the company to produce a clothing line on his work wear.

Bullock, left him after his affairs were exposed by the tattoo model Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee. Mcgee, was his mistress for 11 months and her revelation encouraged many other mistresses of James to come forward.

Jesse was married to Bullock for almost five years and in a television appearance a couple of weeks back, he publicly apologized to her. He said that he hopes that Bullock forgives him and has also expressed his desire to get back with her. According to his ex-wife, Janine Lindemulder , although he might be claiming to be a changed man, he will be back to his philandering self.

Bullock on the other hand, joked about the recent turmoil in her personal life at recently held MTV Movie Awards. She won the award for entertainer of the year there.
