wowNew Jersey, July 5, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Two female cast members of the yet-to-be aired second season of the “Jersey Shores” have landed up in trouble after a Chicago woman filed lawsuit against them for assaulting her on the dance floor of a Miami nightclub named Tantra. The lady named Carrie Malec had claimed in her lawsuit that she was assaulted by Nicole “Snooki” Polozzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley on May 6 allegedly after she approached the male cast members of the show in the night club.

However, the two female cast members are not the only defendants named in the lawsuit. Carrie Malec has also allegations against MTV and Viacom. She has alleged in her lawsuit that MTV is “profiting from criminal activity of its employees”. The whole night club brawl between Carrie Malec and the two female casts was reportedly recorded and the plaintiff has claimed that the channel plans to show the clip in one of the second season’s episodes.

Carrie Malec has sought $75,000 in damages for the mental, physical and emotional distress caused by the assault. She had also appealed in her lawsuit that the channel should not be allowed to air the night club brawl. The Plaintiff and her lawyer believe that airing of the episode will only bring Carrie Malec to the spotlight against her wish. She had claimed that the incident is being teased in the trailer of the second season of the show. A New Jersey judge had agreed to hear the case. However, no further progress in the case has yet been achieved. No comments on the matter have been made by MTV, Viacom or by Nicole “Snooki” Polozzi and Jenni “JWoww” Farley.
