Jersey Shore star Snooki is ‘criminally annoying’

Los Angeles, Aug 20 (THAINDIAN NEWS) According to reports by AP, Snooki has been charged with being a nuisance to the public and behaving improperly after getting drunk. A third charge of annoying the public criminally has been added to the actress who stars in Jersey Shore.
The actress known in real life as Nicole Polizzi was arrested while she was drunk at the Seaside Heights Beach, where the MTV reality show is being shot. The prosecutors decided to add the third charge at her hearing, which occurred on Wednesday.
Polizzi’s attorney was on the verge of pleading not guilty on her behalf to the two charges of disorderly conduct and being a nuisance to the public when prosecutors informed him of the third charge. He pleaded not guilty for all her three charges. Thankfully she wasn’t present at the hearing, otherwise there could have had been some more additional charges as well.
Kim Pascarella, who is the municipal prosecutor, said the latest charge wasn’t too severe. Her charges carry a maximum fine of $2000 but Pascarella said she’s likely to be let off the hook with a fine for just $500 since she’s has never got in trouble with the law.
