July 31, (THAINDIAN NEWS) Just when the much anticipated reality show “Jersey Shore” season 2 pulled around 5.3 million viewers in its pilot episode, one of its cast member Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was arrested yesterday afternoon in Seaside Heights. The “Jersey Shore” star was arrested while she was shooting season 3 of the same. The police officials said that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was charged with disorderly conduct.

The media published the photos of the “guidette” where she is seen being taken away by the police in handcuffs. A reputed media source reported that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi was seen on the beach partying with a “beer bong” and filling it with a liquid from “Coca-Cola” and then taking shots from it. The witnesses reported that she did not hurt anyone or get into a fight but she seemed too drunk. The media also added that the aspiring veterinary technician was seen at a local bar taking in “body shots”. The police chief Thomas Boyd said that Snooki was acting in a disorderly manner in the beach and reportedly she was also disturbing people located on the beach who were not even involved in the show.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s manager Dan Mackey has confirmed the news of her arrest but did not elaborate anything else. However, it is not yet clear if the “Jersey Shore” star has hired any attorney as well. MTV series “Jersey Shore” is one of the most controversial yet popular reality shows. Last week even New Jersey’s Governor Chris Christie said that the cast of the show gave a “negative” impression of New Jersey.
