Los Angeles, Dec 28 (THAINDIAN NEWS) MTV’s ‘Jersey Shore’ spoof by its cast of 20-somethings partying, fighting and strutting as they spend the summer at a house on the New Jersey coast is a huge rage and a hit. It is getting a lot of attention from fans and stars alike.

The ‘Jersey Shore’ show features eight young men and women, who are Italian-American by their origins. All the youngsters are in or around their twenties, and they are spending a month in the famous Jersey Shore. Since the show came on air, it has being very controversial because of its display of physical violence and for its portrayal of the Italian Americans. Despite all this, it has been quite popular, since it started its telecast.

Some people are of the opinion that the spoof by the cast members may be a drastic attempt by the show producers to counter the negative vibes that the show has been facing, since its telecast. But despite all this, the spoof is well directed which takes a good-humored look at all the cast members, and their unique mannerisms. The whole spoof is in the form of a short skit, in the backdrop of a hotel room.
