Aug 20, (THAINDIAN NEWS) The “Jersey Shore” “guidette” Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi who was arrested on July 30 for her disorderly conduct skipped her hearing in a Seaside Heights, New Jersey courtroom last Wednesday, August 18. The police said that Snooki was arrested because of her drunken behavior and also for creating a public nuisance. However, later she was released on summon.

The prosecutors said that they will put on charges against the reality TV star for annoying people in Seaside Heights. However, Snooki’s attorney appeared on her behalf and entered a “non guilty” plea on all charges. Municipal Prosecutor Kim Pascarella said after the hearing that she understood that Snooki has become a public celebrity, but in all honesty it is not much of a charge on her. Snooki’s trial is scheduled for September 8 and the prosecutor says that if she is convicted of all charges then she would face up to $2,000 fine. However, given that she has a does not have any past criminal records, she might not face a penalty more than $500 for the charges imposed on her.

Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi’s attorney, Raymond Raya declined to comment on the charges and said that he and his client are looking forward to prepare the defense. The prosecutor, however, said that the evidence is easily available as it is about a reality television actress, hence the prosecutors actually have video to prove the incident. The drama queen of “Jersey Shore” recently in one of her interviews said she drank way too many “cocktails” which eventually took a toll on her and ended her landing up in a mess. The season 2 episode 4 of “Jersey Shore” was aired last night on MTV and the show received apprehension owing to its unconventional plot and never ending entertainment.
